I will get us started! Hello, I am your friendly board administrator! I am also the co-founder of Barenaked Ladies Fans. Happy to be here with you all! Let's see, my favorite show memory is hard to pick, but I think that getting to hear Moonstone live would be my favorite. That song holds some HUGE meaning for me, and being blessed enough for Ed to play it, well, just thinking about it now brings a tear to my eye.

Hello! My name is Erin, and I was first introduced to BNL through my husband, 11 years ago. They'd been his favorite band since Stunt, and if we were to get "serious", I needed to know and love them too. It was our first Christmas. He got me: 1) Their Greatest Hits 2) Their latest album, which at the time was "E2E" and 3) Tickets to their upcoming concert. Well, that was all I needed. From then on, I was in love. They quickly became my favorite band, too, and they've since become a huge part of our relationship and traditions. We never miss a tour, and we never decorate our Christmas tree without "Barenaked for the Holidays" on lockdown!
-Favorite Song: Like picking a favorite child, but I really love "For You", "Take it Back", and "Some Fantastic". -Best Show: Summer 2010, Boston....We had so-so seats, but upgraded from a scalper outside the venue to 3RD ROW!! I was awestruck being THAT close to my favorite boys!! -Meeting Story: I recently won the Grand Prize for this past US Fall Tour. (Yeah, I know. When i got the email, I was literally shaking and almost cried.) Tickets + VIP Meet & Greet. We had met them once before, casually, after a concert in Boston, but this was a different story. I got a hug from Ed **SWOON**, and a picture of course, and my husband asked Ed if he would make a Vine (a 6-second video) with him for his friend in England. I was charged with recording, and now I have a personal video of him talking with my husband!!! -Bucket List: Front row. I have to do this before I die!! -Next up: Taking a trip to Toronto in February with my husband JUST to see them play in their homeland. Can't. Wait. :-D

My first BNL concert was in 1999 when my daughter persuaded me to take her to see them in Manchester Have now seen the guys 9 times with concert number 10 in Manchester in less than 2 weeks Best one was probably in the ACC in Toronto - it was great to see the contrast in how the guys performed in an arena compared to the small venues in the UK The choreography on Shopping with the trolleys was like watching an Esther Williams' movie

Hi, I'm Jill. I've been a fan of Bnl since the early 90's. Had a friend in college who introduced me to their music and I've been hooked ever since! I've been to almost 10 concerts and have taken all 4 of my kids to their live shows☺️ Favorite concert to date is Vancouver 2008 when my husband surprised with at Christmas with tickets, major surprise since we traveled over 1,900 miles to the concert✈️ Their music ihas continued to be lyrical, humorous, thought provoking and there is nothing that compares to seeing them perform LIVE❤️

Hello Kate from New Zealand signing in. I've loved BNL since i found 'shoebox' on the Friends soundtrack. Have seen them live 4 times, in NZ (they so need to come back - once is never enough) once at MSG In NYC and twice in London. On my bucket list to see them do a show in Canada. Current fave BNL tracks are 'Day dreaming' and 'you run away' but all time faves are 'Jane' 'Four Seconds' and 'Old Hank'. Also really enjoyed the ISS track ER did recently.

Hi! I have been a BNL fan since I was 18 when I did a gap year in Toronto and was lucky to meet them after watching their film at the film festival. I've seen them live three times, most recently in Edinburgh last week. My favourite song is Break Your Heart sung live by Steve but sadly, I'll never see this live again. I love the new album though as well.

Hey! I am Mandie, Scottish, living in Ireland with my Dutch husband, 2 children (Irish) and 2 French Bulldogs I first heard A million dollars at a festival and my then boyfriend gave me Gordon. I listened to it every single day walking to and from work. I missed seeing them due to living in Holland and just being too late to either get tickets for the Glasgow show or we couldn't make the date. Anybody who drove in my car was subjected to BNL on loop and by the end they were singing along too. I finally saw them on 2nd December in Dublin, 20 years after I heard of them and I was not disappointed. I loved how they looked like they had so much fun. I have loads of favourite songs. One that is my ringtone and alarm is "Life, in a nutshell" and was absolutely delighted when they sang it in Dublin. Also love "Lovers in a dangerous time" and I absolutely adore Grinning Streak. Now after seeing them I love them even more.. if that was even possible :-D I am so happy to have found somewhere where I can read/ chat about them as my hubby came along to the gig but he wouldn't say that he is a fan
